1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-facing sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Flexibility in working hours.
5. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

2. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
3. Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-facing sector.

University degree preferred. Degree in Gemology is a plus.
