7. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
8. Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences and grow business.
9. Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every client.
10. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
