- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, utilizing personal flair to create extraordinary experiences.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through repeat client business.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Dutch, English, and French.
- Knowledge of luxury retail and client experience best practices.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
