Tiffany & Co. Branch Security Officer

1. Maintain a secure environment for clients, employees and store assets at all times through active monitoring and visible presence.
2. Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for clients, delivering the Tiffany Experience and supporting store hospitality.
3. Support sales objectives by deepening client relationships and assisting store operations to help achieve the sales plan.
4. Implement and enforce security controls and procedures, including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access management and report submissions.
5. Respond to emergency situations, investigate and report incidents in accordance with Incident Management Program procedures.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and coordination with store management.
7. Partner with Senior Security Officer and store leadership to deter theft and manage loss-prevention initiatives.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Authorization to work in the United States.
3. Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
4. Basic computer skills.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Prior experience in a retail/security environment is preferred; 1 year in a security-related position is advantageous.
