- Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reports.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities maintenance.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Consistently elevate in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for customers.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
A minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The hiring range for this position is $22.53 to $30.48 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
