- Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and customer service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
- Perform operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facility repairs.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting the store in achieving sales goals.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities, enhancing client experiences.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
