Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to prevent theft, report asset discrepancies, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with security systems and procedures through regular inspections and tests.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and assist with facility repairs.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable customer interactions.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
