- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the designated territory.
- Expand territory revenue with a focus on acquiring new accounts and developing new sales opportunities.
- Manage client data and sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of client activities.
- Drive sales through repeat business and focus on key product pillars to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with retail teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to deepen relationships with existing business clients and cultivate new prospects.
- Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and phone meetings to engage with clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base across various sectors.
- Experience in cultivating and developing C-suite relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Ability to forecast and utilize data insights for business growth.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strategic thinking and execution of sales strategies.
- Relationship building and client development.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional and local teams.
A minimum of 3 years in a B2B sales environment with a proven track record of success.
A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, with eligibility for sales commission based on performance.
