- Support the Director in new product development and management of the Icons category portfolio.
- Facilitate new product development and establish unit pricing to achieve gross margin objectives.
- Define the baseline assortment strategy for worldwide retail locations.
- Maintain category architectures and ensure accuracy of information communicated to retail locations and the broader Merchandising Division.
- Create, update, and communicate monthly reports and perform ad hoc analyses.
- Own the creation and maintenance of product plans throughout various stages of development.
- Ensure critical SKU level details within category architectures are systematically maintained.
- Research product offerings to aid with the initiation of new product development.
- Analyze classification, price point, and sales trends to inform decisions on new product introductions.
- Support execution and implementation of margin reviews and pricing structure strategies.
- Conduct analysis and gather comparable product information to inform retail, cost, and margin targets.
- Support delivery and implementation of formal Lifecycle Planning reviews.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate a high-level view of new product introductions and current assortment.
- Participate in competitive shopping visits to support key initiative information gathering.
- Maintain and distribute architectures, image grids, sales dashboards, and competitive landscape reporting.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly distribution and reporting for Category Management teams.
- Support communication efforts with internal cross-functional teams.
- Aid Director in fielding branch inquiries and offering appropriate suggestions.
- Assist in preparation of product category reviews and conference meeting materials.
- Perform ad-hoc pricing needs such as determining retail replacement values and completing custom design pricing requests.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Acute attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
The target rate for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
