- Provide administrative support to Vice Presidents of Diamond and Jewelry Supply.
- Manage Outlook calendars, travel itineraries, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Complete expense reporting and reconciliation via the Expense Visor system.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- Assist with Human Resources, Finance, Manufacturing, IT, and Supply Chain project tasks.
- Conduct research and data analysis for projects and divisional initiatives.
- Manage and track project costs and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures.
- Coordinate logistical preparation for conferences, including site details, catering, and AV.
- Support business communication and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain attendance records via the Kronos system.
- Handle file management and record retention processes.
- Support the onboarding process and other administrative tasks.
- Submit and follow up on IT and Facilities requests.
- At least 4+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business writing and verbal communication.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work under deadlines with superior organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements.

The hiring range for this position is $30.43 - $40.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
