1. Manage general ledger activities, including account maintenance and reconciliation.
2. Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts.
3. Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
4. Oversee fixed assets management and reconciliation.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audit processes.
6. Prepare and ensure timely submission of financial reports as per group guidelines.
7. Coordinate with the group for financial queries and support statutory financial statement preparation.
8. Process payments and manage cash forecasts.
9. Coordinate with banks and maintain bank account updates.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting diploma preferred.
2. 3-5 years of finance experience in general ledger and reporting.
3. Knowledge of GCC VAT law, particularly in UAE and KSA.
4. Experience in the retail luxury industry is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a compliance mindset.

Minimum of 5 years in finance, with a focus on general ledger and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting diploma preferred.
