- Oversee and manage small to medium-sized new store projects, enhancements, and rollouts from inception to completion.
- Assist in the delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring successful execution.
- Engage with Direct and Wholesale retail markets and Distributor operators globally.
- Manage projects across Asia and ANZ regions.
- Conduct meetings with property owners to understand site conditions, fit-out requirements, and local codes.
- Compile detailed site surveys for the Tapestry Architecture team.
- Develop project timelines using Microsoft Project.
- Forecast, track, and manage project budgets effectively.
- Conduct project tendering and bidding processes.
- Consolidate cost evaluations and invoices for project summaries.
- Coordinate millwork deliveries with the Tapestry Supply Chain/Production team.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to execute store designs from New York.
- Review construction fit-out and fixture shop drawings.
- Produce weekly status reports and track project stages.
- Conduct site inspections and produce punch lists during and after project completion.
- Conclude budgetary close-out of projects within 90 days.
- Manage construction and manufacturing warranties.
- Support Store Operations and Wholesale in maintenance projects.
- Develop and maintain historical construction cost data specific to the region.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Travel frequently throughout Southeast Asia and some ANZ regions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in retail construction and fit-out management.
- Experience in retail projects and store openings is essential.
- Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel extensively, with 50% travel required.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
