TAG Heuer Sales Advisor

- Drive boutique sales and consistently achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and collaboration with the team.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences across all touchpoints with an omnichannel mindset.
- Develop and grow client relationships via proactive clienteling: appointments, outreach, follow-ups and conversion tracking.
- Collect and maintain high‑quality client data and use insights to tailor communications and sales approaches.
- Represent and communicate the TAG Heuer brand story and technical product features in an inspiring and accurate manner.
- Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and store maintenance.
- Use designated retail systems and tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and ensure visual merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation, catalogues).
- Coordinate after‑sales processes until product return and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Propose initiatives to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix) and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience, ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and effective clienteling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting product technicalities.
- High personal integrity, professionalism and a polished, brand‑appropriate appearance.
- Adaptable, service‑oriented, team player with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer literacy; comfortable learning and using retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce).

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in luxury goods, preferably with watches or jewellery, with proven KPI achievement and client development capabilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality or luxury brand management preferred.
