TAG Heuer Marketing & Communications Project Manager

- Design and execute the 360° marketing plan for France & BeLux in alignment with global guidelines to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, traffic and profitable sell‑out.
- Define and oversee omnichannel media strategy: brief agencies, coordinate production partners, allocate media touchpoints and optimise campaign performance and learnings.
- Manage end‑to‑end activations with retail partners (COOP plan), including e‑merchandising, assortment, brand placements and social media visibility.
- Orchestrate regional event and sponsorship activations (including ongoing Porsche partnership), ensuring flawless delivery and local relevance.
- Own brand image and content on .COM, implement CRM tools and newsletters (global + local), manage store locator and optimise e‑commerce traffic and conversion.
- Control marketing, media and event budgets; track ROI and report on performance metrics to headquarters and local stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse customer insights, market trends and competitor activity to inform tactical recommendations and 360° concepts.
- Act as primary liaison between TAG Heuer headquarters and the local market: consolidate reporting, adapt global plans, and surface growth opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard and line‑manage the marketing intern; contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Development (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in operational/activation marketing.
- Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mentality with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and proven stakeholder management.
- Highly organised, solution‑oriented, rigorous with keen attention to detail while maintaining a strategic view.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Prior experience in watchmaking/luxury and a genuine interest in automotive partnerships are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years in a marketing function with proven experience in executing omnichannel campaigns, managing budgets and liaising with creative and media agencies. Experience in luxury, watchmaking or automotive partnerships is a strong advantage.
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Development (or equivalent).
