TAG Heuer E-commerce Manager

- Establish and manage the local e-commerce system in collaboration with HQ e-commerce, logistics, finance, and IT teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Coordinate with operations and IT teams to maintain accurate product updates, promotions, stock availability, and content refresh.
- Implement and optimize localized e-commerce features such as Kakao and Naver.
- Develop and execute yearly and monthly sales and marketing plans to meet targets and analyze performance.
- Strategize e-commerce business initiatives including seasonal promotions and dedicated GWP.
- Enhance the client journey for seamless and convenient experiences.
- Manage customer inquiries and issues through e-commerce channels in coordination with customer service teams.
- Oversee order and delivery processes including customer order picking, shipment orders, returns, and refunds.
- Monitor order statistics and customer traffic trends.
- Ensure financial reconciliation processes for e-commerce sales during settlement periods.
- Generate monthly sales performance reports.
- Plan and execute performance media campaigns in collaboration with the media manager.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize performance marketing plans.
- Implement seasonal promotions to drive sales and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze e-commerce client data to develop promotional programs that increase conversion and repeat sales rates.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in online commerce, with a bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record in establishing and managing e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of online commerce and performance marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/order management software such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in online commerce, with a focus on e-commerce establishment and management.
Bachelor's degree required.
