TAG Heuer Client Advisor

- Drive boutique sales and achieve personal KPIs through consultative selling and exemplary customer service on the sales floor.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships via proactive clienteling, outreach, appointments and personalised follow‑up.
- Deliver an omnichannel client experience by coordinating across touchpoints and leveraging CRM and retail platforms.
- Represent the brand at in‑store and external events, communicating TAG Heuer’s heritage, technical features and product benefits.
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory procedures, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and aftersales coordination.
- Execute Visual Merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation, catalogues) and propose initiatives to grow sales (merchandising, events, product mix).
- Ensure accurate client data capture and use insights to personalise interactions and capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Adhere to grooming, behaviour and internal control policies; contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Minimum three years’ retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or high‑end fashion.
- Proven sales and clienteling ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting product features and technical details.
- High integrity, professionalism and a client‑centric mindset.
- Adaptable, team‑oriented and able to work flexible hours for boutique and event coverage.
- Proficient computer literacy; comfortable using retail systems and CRM tools.

Minimum three years of retail or luxury client‑facing sales experience, ideally with timepieces, jewellery or premium lifestyle brands.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, sales or a related field preferred.
