TAG Heuer Client Advisor

- Drive boutique sales and consistently achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, collaboration and disciplined follow‑up.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences across touchpoints by executing an omnichannel clienteling strategy (outreaches, appointments, conversions).
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, communicating TAG Heuer’s story, product features and technical benefits at point of sale and during events.
- Collect, maintain and leverage qualitative client data in the CRM to personalise communications and grow long‑term client relationships.
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory management, cash handling, security, opening/closing procedures and compliance with internal control policies.
- Use and maintain retail systems and tools (CEGID, Salesforce), coordinate after‑sales service until return of the watch, and execute Visual Merchandising standards.
- Contribute ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix) and help maintain a positive, inclusive and supportive store environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally in watches or jewellery.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong clienteling outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting product technical information.
- High personal integrity, professionalism and commitment to brand representation.
- Adaptable team player who contributes to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
- Efficient computer literacy and experience using retail systems.

Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches or jewellery, with demonstrable success in client development and KPI achievement.
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in retail, luxury brand management, hospitality or business are advantageous.
