- Set and manage sales targets for the team, employing strategic sales initiatives to achieve objectives.
- Analyze business results through various reports to propose actionable plans for target achievement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform management decisions.
- Oversee simplified P&L responsibilities, including inventory, discounts, and operational expenses.
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff to align with business strategies and sales goals.
- Motivate and manage staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Plan and manage monthly staff rosters and ensure adherence to brand grooming guidelines.
- Foster individual staff development and build a succession pipeline within the store.
- Manage effective and organized stock levels, ensuring availability and display of new and best-selling products.
- Supervise stock transfers, inventory counts, and ensure merchandise presentation meets company standards.
- Ensure compliance with brand merchandising guidelines and maintain high standards of store maintenance.
- Oversee store operations, including billing, daily reconciliation, and cash management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead CRM initiatives to acquire and maintain key customers, driving repeat visits and loyalty.
- Coordinate in-store events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations and managerial roles within the luxury retail industry.
- Experience in the watch sector is preferred.
- Proven track record of sales and results orientation.
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent coaching and training abilities.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
