1. Set sales targets for the team and lead with sales strategies to meet these targets.
2. Review and analyze business results to propose action plans for target achievement.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
4. Manage simplified P&L, including inventory, discounts, and expenses.
5. Train, evaluate, and discipline staff to follow business strategies and meet sales goals.
6. Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and establish performance expectations.
7. Plan monthly rosters for store staff and ensure grooming standards are met.
8. Encourage staff development and build a succession pipeline.
9. Ensure effective stock management and supervise inventory counts.
10. Adhere to brand merchandising guidelines and ensure product display rotations.
11. Oversee store operations, including billing and cash management.
12. Ensure high customer service standards and handle customer complaints.
13. Lead CRM activities to build and maintain key customer relationships.

1. At least 8 years of experience in retail operations and managerial positions in the luxury retail industry.
2. Watch experience is preferred.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
