1. Set and manage sales targets for the team, employing strategic sales initiatives to achieve objectives.
2. Analyze business results through various reports to propose actionable plans for target achievement.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform management decisions.
4. Oversee simplified P&L responsibilities, including inventory, discounts, and operational expenses.
5. Lead, train, and evaluate staff to align with business strategies and sales goals.
6. Motivate and manage staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
7. Plan and manage monthly staff rosters and ensure adherence to brand grooming guidelines.
8. Foster individual staff development and build a succession pipeline within the store.
9. Manage effective and organized stock levels, ensuring availability and display of new and best-selling products.
10. Supervise stock transfers, inventory counts, and ensure merchandise presentation meets company standards.
11. Ensure compliance with brand merchandising guidelines and maintain high standards of store maintenance.
12. Oversee store operations, including billing, daily reconciliation, and cash management.
13. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
14. Lead CRM initiatives to acquire and maintain key customers, driving repeat visits and loyalty.
15. Coordinate in-store events in collaboration with the Marketing team.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations and managerial roles within the luxury retail industry.
2. Experience in the watch sector is preferred.
3. Proven track record of sales and results orientation.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
