1. Manage the employee lifecycle, including drafting and handling employment contracts, amendments, and other contractual documents.
2. Oversee time management, including recording absences, correcting time entries, and conducting monthly work hours tracking.
3. Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters.
4. Execute declarations to social security organizations (AVS, LPP, work permits, etc.) and manage accident and illness declarations.
5. Administer and track family allowance-related files.
6. Manage and oversee temporary employment contracts.

1. CFC commercial employee diploma with HR assistant certificate or federal diploma, or a Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent.

1. Organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen sense of prioritization.
2. Discretion and capability to handle confidential information.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and tact for effective internal and external communication.
4. Affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
6. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
7. English language skills are a plus.

A successful initial experience in a similar HR role is required.
