TAG Heuer Industrial Controller

1. Collaborate with the Finance team to oversee industrial management control across development, manufacturing, and distribution activities at sites in Cornol, Chevenez, and La Chaux-de-Fonds.
2. Disseminate management control culture among operational staff and ensure comprehensive reporting on industrial performance.
3. Act as a Business Partner to evaluate the financial impact of projects and propose improvement actions.
4. Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of analytical tools and performance indicators.
5. Support teams in analyzing, steering, and enhancing industrial tool performance.
6. Develop and monitor budgets.
7. Analyze effects of over/under absorption, including price variance, overconsumption, waste, budget variance, and production volume.
8. Monitor industrial activity through production dashboards.
9. Conduct tasks related to periodic closures.
10. Oversee financial tracking of industrial projects.

1. Master's degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Economics or Finance.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial management control.

A minimum of 3 years in industrial management control is required, with a deep understanding of production site challenges.

Master's degree in Economics or Finance from a Business School or University.

The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a balance between on-site and remote work, with regular travel to industrial sites in the Jura region.
