Swatch Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling, active listening and personalised product recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Swatch product assortments, brand collaborations and technical features to advise clients accurately.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Uphold store visual merchandising standards, execute displays and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidelines.
- Manage stock receiving, replenishment and inventory counts; liaise with store management on ordering and stock levels.
- Cultivate long‑term client relationships through aftercare, clienteling activities and CRM updates.
- Contribute to store operations, including opening/closing procedures, loss prevention and maintaining a neat, welcoming retail environment.
- Proven aptitude for customer service with a polished, client‑facing manner.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively.
- Numeracy and accuracy for transaction processing and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
