Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to maximise conversion and long-term client loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through proactive clienteling, personalised recommendations and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across seasonal collections, special editions and collaborations.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and campaign guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash handling and reconcile the POS at shift close.
- Support inventory management: receive, stock, cycle-count and report stock discrepancies.
- Participate in in-store events, local marketing activations and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational targets, maintain loss-prevention standards and support daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and to meet sales targets.
- Reliable numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
- Professional presentation and grooming consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally in fashion, accessories or luxury goods; typically 1+ year of client-facing sales experience, or demonstrable aptitude for high-volume retail environments.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is an advantage.
