1. Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to maximise conversion and long-term client loyalty.
2. Drive sales performance through proactive clienteling, personalised recommendations and follow-up.
3. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across seasonal collections, special editions and collaborations.
4. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and campaign guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash handling and reconcile the POS at shift close.
6. Support inventory management: receive, stock, cycle-count and report stock discrepancies.
7. Participate in in-store events, local marketing activations and promotional initiatives.
8. Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational targets, maintain loss-prevention standards and support daily store operations.
