Swatch Sales Associate

1. Deliver exemplary, brand-consistent customer service to maximise sales conversion and build long-term customer relationships.
2. Present and demonstrate Swatch collections with accurate product knowledge and enthusiasm.
3. Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
4. Maintain store visual merchandising, window displays and overall presentation to brand standards.
5. Support inventory control: receive deliveries, perform stock replenishment, cycle counts and back-stock maintenance.
6. Achieve individual and store sales targets and participate in in-store promotions or events.
7. Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, cash handling protocols and health & safety regulations.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
2. Availability to work a summer schedule including weekends and peak retail hours.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail and brand standards.
4. Right to work in Denmark and reliable, punctual attendance.
5. Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally in fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail.
