Swatch Sales Assistant

- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service on the shop floor, proactively engaging customers and building lasting relationships (clienteling).
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling of watches and accessories.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate features, materials and technical details with authority.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and maintain cash-handling integrity.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation are consistently upheld according to brand guidelines.
- Manage stockroom activities: receiving deliveries, stock replenishment, inventory checks and basic record keeping.
- Support appointment management, after-sales requests and basic warranty procedures; liaise with after-sales/service teams when required.
- Comply with loss-prevention, health & safety and corporate retail procedures; assist with store opening and closing duties as required.
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail, ideally within fashion, watches or luxury goods.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished, professional manner appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail in visual presentation and stock management; integrity in cash and transaction handling.
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.

Minimum one year of customer-facing retail experience; prior experience in luxury retail or watch/jewellery boutiques is strongly preferred.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods is a plus.
