Swatch Sales Assistant

1. Deliver a compelling customer journey: greet clients, qualify needs, and convert visits into sales for Swatch and Flik Flak product lines.
2. Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain striking, brand-compliant store displays and window presentations.
3. Use storytelling to communicate product features, brand heritage and seasonal campaigns to elevate the client experience.
4. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage returns with accuracy and discretion.
5. Maintain stock integrity: receive deliveries, replenish the salesfloor, conduct stock counts and support inventory control.
6. Ensure high standards of housekeeping, loss prevention and brand presentation throughout the store.
7. Support store events and local marketing initiatives as required by the store leadership.

1. Proven enthusiasm for retail, fashion or lifestyle brands with a strong interest in watches and accessories.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident advising diverse clientele and building rapport.
3. Practical experience in visual merchandising and executing merchandising plans in a retail environment.
4. Reliable, customer-oriented attitude with a professional presence and high standards of store presentation.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods; willingness to commit to a one-year fixed-term contract.
