1. Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to enhance the shopping experience.
2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
3. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing through effective merchandising.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
5. Support the team in achieving sales targets and store objectives.
6. Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and courtesy.

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.

3. Proficiency in Italian; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
