1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
3. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
4. Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
5. Support inventory management through regular stock checks and reporting.
6. Contribute to achieving store sales targets.

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service.
2. Proficiency in Italian; additional languages are a plus.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
