Swatch Part-Time Sales Assistant

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Support inventory management through regular stock checks and reporting.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Proficiency in Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
