2. Advise on legal matters related to brand protection and intellectual property.

4. Develop and implement policies for online IP enforcement.
5. Manage external legal counsel and related budgets.
6. Conduct legal research and analysis to support brand protection efforts.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

2. Strong analytical and research skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Proficiency in managing legal projects and external counsel.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand protection and intellectual property law, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
