Swatch Group Chemical Engineer
Moebius, a specialist lubricant and specialty products brand within the Swatch Group, supplies high‑precision oils, greases and specialty formulations to the watchmaking and microtechnology industries. - Perform instrumental and analytical testing to support R&D, quality control and product development.
- Maintain and operate laboratory instrumentation and ensure proper functioning of analytical equipment.
- Prepare and characterise lubricant and specialty product samples, including sample preparation and documentation.
- Execute and document analytical methods, ensuring data integrity and compliance with laboratory procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams to support project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Report results clearly, contribute to technical reports, and propose corrective actions or formulation optimisations when necessary.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or a closely related discipline (BSc or MSc).
- Proven experience in instrumental analysis and laboratory practice within an industrial or R&D environment.
- Solid understanding of analytical methodologies, method validation and good laboratory practice (GLP).
- Strong attention to detail, organised documentation skills and a safety‑oriented mindset.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.
