Swatch Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and compliance with company policies.
2. Drive sales performance through active floor leadership, clienteling, upselling and the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
3. Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve individual and team targets.
4. Manage stock processes: receiving, inventory counts, transfers, shrinkage control and liaison with regional supply teams.
5. Maintain presentation standards and execute store-level marketing initiatives, product launches and limited-edition drops to maximise footfall and conversion.
6. Assist with rostering, performance feedback, training delivery and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

1. Proven retail supervisory or assistant-management experience in watches, jewellery or premium/luxury retail.
2. Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI delivery.
3. Right to work in Australia.
4. Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
5. Strong numeracy and a meticulous approach to cash handling and stock control.
