1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
2. Enhance staff productivity and engagement
3. Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency
4. Adhere to operational routines
5. Achieve turnover targets
6. Develop product categories
7. Control key retail metrics such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers
8. Conduct scheduled inventories
9. Support beauty classes and short services in all departments
10. Maintain product presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines
11. Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale
12. Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
13. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
14. Assist with merchandising updates
15. Operate cash register
16. Perform additional daily business tasks

1. Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy
2. First experience in retail and customer service
3. Fluent in English or German
