Sephora Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Retail Marketing Assistant (Internship) — 6‑month hybrid internship starting Sept 2026 supporting in‑store marketing and promotions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the France Plan d’Animations: track supplier briefs, update animation recaps and contribute to the creation of the brand book for the store network.
- Conduct regular store visits to verify in‑store execution for each animation change and launch specific in‑store operations as required.
- Manage the Print Factory platform: prepare project requests, coordinate between internal teams (Retail Marketing, Services, Operations/Comms), and follow production through to delivery and online publication.
- Coordinate external suppliers and agencies, ensuring timely production, delivery and store deployment of marketing materials.
- Deploy and produce promotional operations: draft briefs for vendors, monitor the graphic production chain from concept to in‑store delivery, and compile national promotional documentation.
- Handle internal communication with the store network: process store requests via the internal forum and author 'TO DO' messages to ensure correct implementation in stores.
- Maintain project tracking and referencing for all retail marketing initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc support for the Retail Marketing team and related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) from a business school or university, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Operational, autonomous, rigorous, highly organized and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Availability for a six‑month internship starting September 2026; ability to travel regularly to stores.

Entry‑level — suitable for students or recent graduates seeking a six‑month internship. Prior internships or practical experience in retail marketing, merchandising or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Business, Marketing or equivalent (business school or university).
