- Report daily e-warehouse production and weekly e-transportation performance.
- Follow up on outbound operations to ensure on-time order handovers.
- Support inbound operations to secure timely product availability.
- Manage shipping claims with 3PL partners.
- Support customer claim management.
- Follow up on returns to vendors and returns to warehouse.
- Knowledge or initial experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Curious, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Efficient communicator.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with high responsibility.
- Fluency in English and German.
Beginner level experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.
