1. Report daily e-warehouse production and weekly e-transportation performance.
2. Follow up on outbound operations to ensure on-time order handovers.
3. Support inbound operations to secure timely product availability.
4. Manage shipping claims with 3PL partners.
5. Support customer claim management.
6. Follow up on returns to vendors and returns to warehouse.

1. Knowledge or initial experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
2. Curious, results-driven, and customer-focused.
3. Efficient communicator.
4. Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with high responsibility.
5. Fluency in English and German.

Beginner level experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.
