Sephora Store Services Manager

- Manage all services, workshops, and events within the designated Sephora store.
- Oversee daily operations of the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are adequately trained.
- Implement innovative technological solutions to enhance customer experiences.
- Manage the online booking system, ensuring sufficient staffing levels to support increased service demand.
- Coordinate in-store events, ensuring they are well-planned and staffed to optimize customer learning and sales opportunities.
- Oversee the development and certification process for beauty advisors, providing opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Participate in performance management processes, providing timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as a service leader in-store, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities

- Capability to implement and manage innovative solutions
Two to four years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per year, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
