Sephora Store Manager

1. Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance, including budget and target attainment.
2. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
3. Manage the store's profit and loss statement and propose strategies to optimize costs.
4. Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior, including store traffic and average transaction value.
5. Maintain optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
6. Implement company procedures and commercial policies established by central departments.
7. Lead and manage Sephora Specialists, fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
8. Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design internal career development programs.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
