1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs and store targets through consultative selling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor and display standards.
6. Contribute to an inclusive store culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting brand standards and policies.

1. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles (preferred).
2. A demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an eagerness to learn.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
4. Reliable availability for retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet required minimum weekly shifts.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and a willingness to learn product techniques.
