1. Ensure the store's financial performance meets budget and targets.
2. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
3. Manage the store's profit and loss statement and optimize cost categories.
4. Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior.
5. Maintain optimal stock levels and implement merchandising strategies.
6. Enforce company procedures and commercial policies.
7. Lead and manage Sephora Specialists and foster a collaborative team environment.
8. Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR to design career development programs.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within multinational retail environments.
