1. Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and store employees.
2. Conduct career and employee appraisals.
3. Oversee recruitment and recruitment strategies.
4. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
5. Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
7. Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback.
8. Create staff schedules and coordinate daily staff deployment.
9. Manage inventory and ensure optimal product availability.
10. Ensure compliance with Sephora Audit rules and operational routines.

1. Completed studies or training in retail or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
3. Previous management and team leadership experience.

4. Analytical and commercial working methods.
5. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.

Minimum of 5 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector and previous management roles.

Completed studies or training in retail or a related field.
