Sephora Store Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and store employees.
- Conduct career and employee appraisals.
- Oversee recruitment and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate daily staff deployment.

- Completed studies or training in retail or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector and previous management roles.
Completed studies or training in retail or a related field.
