1. Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of objectives.
2. Supervise customer reception to maintain Sephora's unique shopping experience.
3. Ensure the store's economic performance by achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
4. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, promotions, and new product launches.
5. Manage financial results, including inventory discrepancies, operational costs, and personnel expenses.
6. Oversee stock levels, product replenishment, and merchandising.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
