Sephora Store Manager

- Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of objectives.
- Supervise customer reception to maintain Sephora's unique shopping experience.
- Ensure the store's economic performance by achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, promotions, and new product launches.
- Manage financial results, including inventory discrepancies, operational costs, and personnel expenses.
- Oversee stock levels, product replenishment, and merchandising.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
