1. Ensure the efficient receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate product transfers between stores.
3. Manage the process of merchandise returns to the distribution center.
4. Conduct regular inventory checks.
5. Maintain organized stock using the FEFO method.
6. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the store.
7. Handle damaged and expired products in accordance with company policy.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
9. Safeguard confidential information.
10. Participate in operations team meetings for operational alignment.
11. Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are upheld by the team.
12. Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
13. Maintain security and organization of the stockroom, including lockers, kitchen, and restroom.
14. Continuously seek best practices to achieve satisfactory audit results.
15. Report stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
16. Ensure store security standards are maintained.
17. Follow the LVMH group code of ethics and conduct.

1. Previous experience as a stock controller is preferred.
2. Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

1. Logical reasoning.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is preferred.
4. Organizational skills and proactivity.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
