1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and collaborate with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Participate in regular performance check-ins with direct reports.
8. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
