Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to meet store and client goals.
6. Coach and provide feedback to team members on performance and development.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
