Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues in a timely manner.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all World selling cast.
5. Assist in the management of in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.
8. Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.

1. One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and deliver client service.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
