Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Proficiency in client service and sales techniques.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$21.10 - CAD$26.40 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
