Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all on-stage Worlds including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance within the store.
- Ensure service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
- Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage the Studio and drive services effectively.
- Partner with store and district experts for product, category, and brand training.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and maintain a coaching culture.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services, demonstrating artistry skills.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients.
- Promote Sephora values such as client service, innovation, and teamwork.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Artistry skills in makeup and skincare.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in training and development.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
