1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, or Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
6. Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
8. Train new hires and guide them in their professional development in collaboration with Managers.
9. Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building strong relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
2. Proficiency in key commerce KPIs, budget management, analysis, and reporting.
3. Proven ability to manage a team, guiding them towards objectives and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
4. Demonstrated dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
