1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers in the Skin Care department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
2. Exemplify the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales effectively.
3. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and build customer relationships.
4. Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
5. Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
6. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
7. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
8. Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
9. Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in the Skin Care field with a minimum duration of 6 months.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the Skin Care department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
4. Fluency in English or German.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the skincare department is required.

Completed training in the Skin Care field (minimum 6 months).
