1. Manage the receipt, organization, and storage of goods in the warehouse area.
2. Ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and sales floor.
3. Monitor inventory and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
4. Conduct regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability.
5. Coordinate timely reordering of goods in collaboration with the Supply Chain department.
6. Ensure compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines.
7. Develop personal expertise in warehouse organization and logistics processes.
8. Train team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control.
9. Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
10. Support stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
11. Prepare products for sale, including labeling and sorting.
12. Maintain cleanliness and order in both the stockroom and sales floor.
13. Manage shrinkage through proper storage and adherence to Sephora Audit procedures.
14. Support and execute regular inventory counts.

1. Completed 3-year training in logistics or at least 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations.

1. Strong hands-on mentality and dynamic working style.
2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
4. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
6. Open, motivating, and friendly manner.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations.
