- Provide expert advice and support to customers in the Skin Care department.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Share in-depth product knowledge and establish customer relationships.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain inventory and prepare products for sale.
- Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Completed training in the Skin Care field with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluency in English or German.
- Organizational skills and reliability.
- Team-oriented with an open and friendly demeanor.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Skin Care department, with mature experience in retail and customer consulting.
